Recognition and Celebrations At Upbring we believe in celebrating the accomplishments in life, both big and small. We honor our people at the organizational and program levels. Examples of recognition and celebration initiatives include Employee of the Month, peer-to-peer recognition, shout outs in employee publications, employee events to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and more.
Culture Ambassadors All Upbring warriors have a voice, and our Culture Ambassador representatives ensure that each voice is heard. The Upbring Culture Ambassador Committee meets each month to discuss topics such as diversity and inclusion, wellness, team building and much more. Each representative provides real-time feedback from their teammates in an effort to strengthen communication and engagement.

Themes Each month we focus on a theme to highlight our diversity and mission. We also celebrate one another and the talents and efforts each person brings to our organization. Mental Health Awareness, Employee Appreciation, Cultural Heritage Appreciation and Celebration of Faith are just a few examples.
Town Halls Communication is an essential part of the culture at Upbring. We host regular town halls to share information about future initiatives, applaud our collective achievements and give employees chances to engage with our CEO and senior leadership.
Wellness Challenges Good work stems from good health. That’s why we conduct periodic wellness challenges to encourage self-care, total wellness and professional development. From racking up our daily steps to practicing sound sleep habits, our challenges provide encouragement and opportunities to motivate each other along the way. While better health is its own reward—we have fun awarding prizes during each challenge!
Feedback Channels We offer many tools for our warriors to provide feedback about life at Upbring. Through stay interviews, anonymous virtual suggestion boxes and annual surveys, employees can share their thoughts and ideas with the Culture Team and Upbring’s senior leaders. This information helps us implement new initiatives to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
