Ataxic Cerebral Palsy; Congenital heart malformation
Moderate neuro-psychological developmental delay

Dylan is a calm 6-year-old boy who was abandoned at the hospital after he was born in 2015. At 17 months, he began walking on his own, and is currently running around and climbing stairs without help.

He was diagnosed with ataxic cerebral palsy and a congenital heart malformation, including an atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, and mild heart failure, and is showing delays in his neuropsychological development. Because Dylan is over the age of 4, heart surgery is a potential option for him in the future.

Dylan is an expressive child who shows his joy by clapping his hands and making noises. With the right family environment and support system, Dylan could thrive.
