Lucy is a bright 11-year-old girl who has been living with a foster family in Eastern Europe for five years. Her foster parents accompany her to school, where she works with a resource teacher to develop skills and habits. Despite being severely neglected by her biological family, she does not show aggression and has adapted well to her school environment.
While Lucy’s height and weight are normal for a child her age, she does have some speech and developmental delays.
She loves music and enjoys watching children’s movies on television. Lucy is a compassionate child who finds immense joy in playing with her dolls and she looks forward to the holiday season every year because she gets to spend time at a home with pets.
Lucy likes attention and loves to be embraced. She will prosper with a loving family.
