Matthew is a sweet five-year-old boy who lives in a group home in Eastern Europe.

Matthew was born pre-mature and has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy due to high muscle tone. He receives physical therapy and has made good progress. He can walk independently and his fine motor skills are improving as well. He responds well to caregivers and is loving towards them.
Matthew is waiting for a forever family who can give him all the love and attention he deserves.
