Meet Paul, a calm seven-year-old little boy currently living in an orphanage in Eastern Europe since he was abandoned by his birth family at 18 months old.
Paul was born with normal physical and motor development however, he has been experiencing moderate mental disability and behavioral disorders. He walks and run by himself, climb stairs and trees and has a sense of self-preservation.
Paul is a very pleasant child who loves to laugh, clap his hands and make noise to express his joy.
Upbring International Adoption is the primary provider facilitating adoptions from Bulgaria.
