Vann, 3, is a happy little boy currently living in a group home in Eastern Europe.
Vann loves to smile and interact with his caregivers. He likes to roll around, pick up toys and shake them.
He can sit independently, stand in his crib holding onto the rails and walk short distances on his own.
Vann receives daily physical therapy and his therapist says he shows consistent progress. He has undergone the second stage of cleft surgeries and is now eating soft foods with a spoon.
His social worker is actively looking for a therapeutic foster family so he can develop appropriate communication and social skills, and reach new milestones.
Vann needs a loving forever family to continue to grow and thrive. Can you be the family he needs?
