Victoria is a 3-year-old little girl who is living in an orphanage in Eastern Europe.
She enjoys music, especially children’s songs, and playing with toys. Her favorite things to play with are rattles and musical toys. She can grab toys and sit by herself. She doesn’t walk yet but she is trying.
Victoria likes to wave “hello”. She does well at locating sounds and turns her head to trace a moving object.
She has a nice appetite and is spoon-fed by an adult. She falls asleep on her own and sleeps well.
Victoria needs someone to take a leap of faith for her and provide the love and care she deserves. Will that be your family?
