Meet Vincent, a five-year-old boy who lives with a foster family in Eastern Europe.
Vincent was diagnosed with a cleft palate and underwent two plastic surgeries already. When he is older than 5, he must have one final surgery.
Vincent is a physically healthy child who walks by himself. He is very curious, wanting to touch everything to understand more about his toys, games and friends.
He has been in rehabilitation therapy for a mild delay in his nerve-psychological development and has been improving. Vincent has been working on his motor skills, generating brain activity and developing more intellectually. He has also been working with a speech therapist.
Vincent is a warm and cuddly little boy who knows how to charm his foster parents and receives a lot of attention. Could you be his forever family?
Upbring International Adoption is the primary provider facilitating adoptions from Bulgaria.
