Zoe delights in movement—running, jumping, climbing and playing group games like soccer. She has a petite stature, being 3 feet and 5 inches tall. She is friendly, often smiling and cuddling. She also enjoys crafts, where she uses pencils, paper and scissors. She is able to do many things independently, and would thrive with a family to love her and develop her potential.
Upbring International Adoption is the primary provider facilitating adoptions from Bulgaria.
