Three girls at the New Life Children’s Center recently attended Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classes–generously donated by Lora Williams and her husband. The couple opened a nursing school in Kyle, TX and wanted to gift our girls with something they can use once they leave New Life.
Certified Nursing Assistants are healthcare professionals who provide hands-on healthcare to patients in medical settings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The girls completed a portion of the classes online and Laura conducted the necessary in-person segments. Because of the generous support from Laura and her husband, our girls will now be equipped to enter the workforce with the needed training and skills.
