To Krystale Bezio, Upbring's mission to break the cycle of child abuse by empowering children, families and communities is core to the work she and her team do. In her 17 years with Upbring, Krystale has amassed vast experience and knowledge of Upbring's programs and services, which she uses each day as a leader.  

As Chief Program Officer of Upbring, Krystale Bezio, MSW, LCPAA, ensures quality care, supervision and program direction for all foster care, adoption, supervised independent living, residential treatment centers and the Office of Refugee and Resettlement programs.

In 2004, Krystale joined Upbring as a Family Services Worker. In this role, she staffed treatment plans, served as the point of contact for foster parents and conducted numerous trainings, foster home visits and case management duties. Her skill, intuition and passion for fulfilling the mission is evident, not only as a driver of her growth and advancement, but as a fundamental inspiration point for all of Upbring's programs, team members and beneficiaries.

During her seventeen-year tenure with Upbring, Krystale has risen through the ranks, holding seven different positions increasing in responsibility. Prior to her current role, Krystale served as Senior Vice President of Program Operations and Development where she supervised all Regional Directors, the Statewide Treatment Director and the Evolv System Administrator as well as support staff within Upbring's Foster Care and Adoption programs. She also developed and implemented a Quality Management program to meet the demographic and epidemiological needs of the children and families in Upbring's care.

Krystale earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She and her two daughters live in Weatherford, Texas. Outside of the office, Krystale enjoys spending time with family and cheering them on at their sporting events.
