Austin, TX – July 19, 2022 – Upbring, a Texas-based nonprofit focused on generational innovation in the child welfare space, has announced the promotion of Holly Raymond to Chief Financial Officer.
“During her time with Upbring, Holly has been a key player in facilitating organizational growth and continues to support our trajectory toward systemic change,” said Michael Loo, President & Chief Executive Officer. “Over the years, Holly has demonstrated outstanding leadership, determination and a servant-hearted commitment to our mission. I am confident Holly will continue to lead by example and I am excited about her new role at Upbring.”
As CFO, Holly will direct Upbring’s finance, facilities, budget and procurement functions, as well as information technology and risk. Since joining Upbring in 2017, she has embraced agility as the organization continues to evolve to meet the needs of those it serves. In her prior role as Senior Vice President of Finance & Risk, Holly deepened finance and facilities resource capabilities while also implementing structural modifications to strengthen financial operations, resulting in 25% overall organizational growth.
