Allison K. Mull is a longtime community volunteer leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, returning to the Upbring Board after previously serving as a Board Member and Board Chair from 2003 to 2011. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting Lutheran Social Services of the South and Upbring through advocacy, fundraising and volunteer service.
At Texas A&M University, Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Educational Administration and served on the university staff as a student development professional, instructor and advisor in the Division of Student Affairs. She later worked in management and consulting roles in the retail, telecommunications and professional services industries, including positions with Sprint, TXU and Capgemini from 2004 to 2010.
She has been actively involved in school and community leadership for more than 20 years and currently serves as a docent at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth and as President of the Friends of the North Richland Hills Library. Previously, she served on bond committees, PTA boards and as band booster president in the Keller Independent School District, as well as Sunday School Superintendent for Calvary Lutheran Church in Richland Hills.
During her previous tenure with Upbring and Lutheran Social Services of the South, Allison worked across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to broaden church and donor involvement with the Nelson Children’s Center in Denton and the Foster in Texas offices, including seven years on the Caring for Kids Gala Committee. Her volunteer work is dedicated to the education, wellbeing and social-emotional development of children.
Allison lives in North Richland Hills with her husband, Jason. Their son, Jack, is a Texas A&M University graduate and a law student at the University of Texas at Austin.
